Smoky Sweet Potato and Chorizo Salad

Chop five sweet potatoes to big chunky pieces and rub with 2 crushed garlic cloves, 3tsp smoked paprika and lots of salt and pepper. Place in the oven at 250*C for an hour. Half way through cooking add the chorizo (one whole sausage sliced thickly). On a platter arrange a bag of watercress, spinach and rocket salad around the side. Once the chorizo and sweet potatoes are cooked and golden add to the centre of the platter and top with avocado, thinly sliced radishes and chillies, feta, coriander, tzaziki and sriracha!
