The Perfect Prawn Cocktail

To a bowl combine 4tbs Mayonaise, 2tbs Tomato Ketchup, 1tbs Sweet Chilli Sauce, 1tsp Worcestershire sauce, a few drops of Tabasco (depending whether you like the heat), a squeeze of lemon and lots of freshly ground black pepper. I then add the mixture to the prawns, I like mine really saucy as I put it in a freshly cooked french baguette along with perfectly ripe avocado and baby gem lettuce. This is perfect for a quick lunch at work or to add to a summer barbeque!
