Sirloin Thursdays

A delicious Thursday night supper. Sirloin steaks cooked rare with French fries, broccollini, and a yum tomato salad. Slice big tomatoes in quite thick slices, thinly slice red onion (soak in cold water for a few minutes to get the raw taste out), put together then crumble blue cheese on top. Dress with any BBQ sauce of your choice (I add a bit of water to mine to make it dressing consistency). It also works really well with steak sauce.
