Toulouse Sausage Salad

This may not look the most appealing warm salad, but trust me the flavour is all there! Cooked Toulouse sausages chopped up and served with fresh cherry tomatoes, chopped parsley, lots of capers, home made honey and whole grain mustard dressing and lots of black pepper. I served it with my quinoa salad, lots of fresh baguettes, a pea salad and my potato salad!
